The decision to move from leading a church ministry in the South Pacific to transition back into the national security field here in the States was difficult. Renessa gave me the tools, the mindset and the strategies to evolve and thrive in a new working environment that I was completely unprepared for. She helped me to truly embrace the skills and knowledge I had developed in the ministry, understand how those leadership skills directly translated to a national security role, and properly communicate and quantify my experience as I pursued new roles.
